A and N Photography: Licensing images information

Our basic image licensing information.

Uses. We license images for any use, including advertising, corporate, editorial, web, media, presentations, decor, and retail products. Most alterations are permitted.

Delivery. All our images are available as high resolution digital files, up to 3000x2000 pix which are made available for download in days. Unless specified otherwise, images are transmitted in sRGB, saved as high quality (Photoshop 10) jpeg. Delivery of large format & 35mm images varies.

Rights. We license right-managed, which means that the fees depend on your actual usage of the image, and the licensing contract is tailored to meet exactly your needs. Each image is registered with the US Copyright Office, and its use history is recorded. None is mass-distributed on CDs or otherwise, which guarantees that your chosen image has a limited exposure.

Pricing. We match the price of other agencies that offer high-quality right-managed stock photography. No transaction will be conducted below the minimal licensing fee of $150 (minimum fee generally applies only for small sizes and/or number of copies or some web uses). We do not grant free commercial or professional use solely in exchange for credits or links.

Multiple image use. Discounts are given for multiple image use. If you wish to license multiple images, you need to fill up only one form. In the box "Other uses", just list the image IDs of the other images. Alternatively, you can also email us your selections.

For a quote without obligations, provide as much detail as you can.

What happens next ?

Unless you specifically ask otherwise, we will reply by email.
You can accept the quote, or make a counter-offer.
After an agreeable price is found, and you confirm your order, we will send you to a web page with a contract/invoice and a download link for the image(s) sized to your specifications.
You can pay by check (preferred in the US), major credit cards (an online payment link will be available as well as a printable authorization form if you prefer to fax), Paypal, or wire transfer, within 90 days or prior to publication.
